# Supported File Formats

When training your agent, you can upload reference files to enhance its knowledge. The following formats are currently supported:

Tip: Uploaded files are learned and understood by the agent. We recommend uploading high-quality files directly relevant to the agent's task, such as SOP documents, business guidelines, and exemplary cases.
